How To Apply?
Course registration/ approval
Course providers and companies interested in registering their public courses or tailor-made courses for their staff should apply via the online system at least four months before course commencement.
Alternatively, application form could be submitted to the Secretariat in person, by post, by fax or by email.
Training grant
Companies interested in applying for training grant for their employee(s) to attend registered public courses should submit the application via online system at least five weeks before course commencement. Alternatively, application form could be submitted to the Secretariat in person, by post, by fax or by email together with supporting documents. A list of registered public courses is available for reference. For tailor-made courses, companies should apply for course approval and training grants separately.
Late applications may not be processed and may be returned to the applicant.
How will the applications be processed?
The course proposals submitted by course providers (public courses) or by companies (tailor-made courses) will be vetted
by a Course Vetting Panel under the Innovation and Technology Training Board of the VTC. Technical experts will be consulted as appropriate.
The training grant applications submitted by companies for registered public courses will be vetted and approved by the Secretariat.

Receive confirmation letter from the Secretariat

Submit application form with supporting documents to the Secretariat at least five weeks before the commencement of training

Receive confirmation letter from the Secretariat

How to apply for reimbursement of the training grant?
The training grant is payable upon the satisfactory completion of the training courses. Companies should submit claim form and relevant documents to the Secretariat within two months after course completion.
